Our space is located at the back of the house at 17 Summit Street.
The entrance to the parking area is located off Algonquin Street between Glendale Ave and Summit Street along the back lane-way.

14 Canadian Forces Dr - Unit 2 Petawawa, ON
Located within Ottawa Valley Vision Optometry Clinic - Petawawa location.
Our treatment room is located within Ottawa Valley Vision’s newest location, found in the plaza next to Food Basics in Petawawa.
Please check in with staff at the front desk and they will direct you to our space.
Laurentian Valley, ON
Located near Hwy 17 & Forest Lea Rd.
This is a home-based clinic space.
